Hitting the nail upon the top

This was among the comments that I was moderating this morning. I cant work out whether it is genuine, or just randomly generated spam, of which I do get quite a lot. It appears to come from a legitimate .org website about blood-pressure so I fondly choose to believe it’s for real. It’s just so good, I thought I’d share it with you.

“Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite justification appeared to be on the Internet the easiest thing to take into account of. I say to you, I certainly get irked at the same time as other people consider worries that they plainly don’t recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and outlined out the whole thing with no need side effect , other people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thank you”

No. Thank you.

Hi Linds – that’s funny. It gave me a quiet chuckle and made me think about my Dad.
If any of us, or even others, came out with a poorly formed sentence he’d trot out the words from a sign allegedly seen on a building in Hong Kong. “GOOD ENGLISH SPOKE HERE. BETTERER UP THE STAIRS”. We still use it to this day and it makes us laugh. I know, it’s sad but true.
Well done on an incredible blog – good writing and great photographs. You are putting in a lot of effort. It’s a long time since we took photographs together – seems like a 100 years ago… You were keen on photography even then and somewhere, I haven’t found it yet, there’s a photograph you took of me taking photographs.
Thanks for the links to the apps in the About this Blog section. I’ve had my iPad2 for quite a few months now and it never occurred to me to take a photograph on it. After reading your info I got it right out (the iPad) and took a snap. It made me think of a hand-held 10×8” though I suspect not with the same end quality.
Ok Linds, keep on trucking and I’ll keep checking in.

    Cheers

    Rob

      Rob!
Wow, how long has it been? I actually had to look you up on the web to remind me who you are. (Sorry, bad memory :) Glad to see you are still trucking along and making a living taking photographs. So many of my other photographic friends have struggled to find work in recent years, and more than a few have given up and moved onto other things. Oh, and for what it’s worth, much as I love digital, I too mourn the passing of the 10×8 transparency. Happy days…
